1:27

Mr brandisi who’s going to speak to the seaside Trail donation Mr Gould well okay

1:39

good evening for the record David Gould director of marine environmental Affairs I I wanted to uh let the board know of

1:46

what I think is an extremely generous gift we’ve had businesses and in other

1:52

groups over the years provide funding for you know bargain sales of land and

1:57

other other things but I I personally have never experienced what what happened recently we had a gentleman

2:03

um who came into our office and was excited about the work that was going on at the seaside Trail and wanted to

2:08

provide some additional funding for plantings and benches and so I was

2:13

thinking you know a couple hundred dollars here and there and he actually wrote a check for us for fifteen

2:18

thousand dollars which was incredibly generous is a gentleman by the name of

2:24

Arthur G Shaw Jr he is in his 90s he’s a Plymouth resident what I think is most

2:30

interesting he’s in his mid 90s he came in last week because he wanted to see if we had already started yet and I said we

2:35

hadn’t even got it on before you he said he would be watching tonight but I what

2:40

I thought was uh also very funny was he said he was leaving our office to go out and walk the trail as soon as he was

2:47

done talking to me so I’m pretty excited with that he likes that area and uh

2:53

not very often we have someone who donates that much money so I wanted to make sure that he received some some

3:01

public Kudos from everyone for being so kindly generous to the town so we’ll um we’ll start acquiring the plants and

3:08

benches and putting that all together this summer and fall so that he can go

3:14

and see what his donations uh did for the town so just wanted you to all be aware of that well David I want

3:21

to commend you again on a great job um I drive through there quite a bit and

3:26

I have to be cautious because there’s a lot of people actually using that down

3:31

there and it looks great so when I can see I haven’t walked it yet so when maybe when you all walk it together you

3:38

can put a memo out to us I’d like to join you like to meet the gentleman absolutely Derek I’d like to send a

3:45

thank you letter on behalf of the town and I’ll sign it for you yeah most definitely all right Mr chairman Mr

3:50

Blazer I’d like to Echo what you just said about about that trail it’s it’s

3:56

beautiful it’s uh it’s you can you can bike you can walk it connects right down to Cottage and

4:04

it’s fantastic for the town it’s really a beautiful Scenic walk to him we needed

4:09

that last piece it really come out nice and in this donation right here will

4:14

help beautify it even more and it’s General it’s it’s people like this gentleman Mr sharp is the reason why I

4:21

love Plymouth you know he’s a resident that loves this town and this is his way of giving a

4:28

little something back to his town and I hope he sticks around for he’s 96 but I

4:33

hope he’s got a lot of good years left in him and he can use that trail so Mr Sharp if you’re listening thank you very

4:40

much for your donation anyone else no it’s hard to disagree

4:47

with anything also okay Mr Canty uh I live in North Plymouth and I frequent

4:54

that area a lot particularly that trail on good days during good weather um so I appreciate the area a lot uh I

5:02

personally have not appreciated it to the amount that I would give fifteen thousand dollars to the town for it uh

5:07

so I really uh appreciate Mr Shaw doing that that means a lot it’ll benefit a

5:13

lot of people when I do go there It Is frequented by a lot of folks both residents and Out of Towners so it’s

5:21

going to be a real asset to Plymouth and I really would like to thank him for beautifying you know helping to beautify

5:27

an area of town that I live in and benefit from and that a lot of Plymouth benefits from

5:34

thank you thank you moving on to the licenses

5:40

did you have a motion to accept that donation I miss that oh do we yes okay

5:46

motion made by Mr bletzer seconded by Mr Mahoney discussion

5:53

seeing none Mr bletzer yes Mr Helm yes Mr Canty yes Mr Mahoney and myself yes

6:02

unanimous thank you moving on to licenses we have three

6:09

oh I’m sorry anyone wishing to speak on the public comment

6:16

see Harry I know what I was doing is there anybody online that’s looking

6:22

to uh not not that we know okay if you don’t mind I don’t try to light agenda

6:27

and we do have Mr Golden part of my time management report was to give an update on the plovers but I think he would do a

6:34

much better job than I would so with the permission of this chair if David if you could give an update on the plovers on

6:40

White Horse absolutely

6:46

hello again so the the Plover Nest on White Horse Beach

6:51

has four eggs that we’ve been checking on daily the expectation was that it would hatch at some point this week so

6:57

we coordinated um with the different um uh departments in town including Parks

7:04

yesterday so we checked on the nest after we did that yesterday morning Parks came and removed those barrels

7:09

because they won’t be able to drive in proximity to the nest once the chicks hatch out so that was coordinated

7:15

yesterday we had some additional signage installed uh signs to remind people to leash their dogs and that Vehicles

7:22

wouldn’t be able to drive within that area so those were installed we checked on the nest this afternoon and actually

7:27

started hatching out this afternoon so those chicks will be out and about soon running around the beach so we’ll be

7:34

checking on it every day to make sure that the the chicks are good and The Brood is good and documenting that so we

7:40

remain in compliance with all the regulations but that Nest is proving to be successful so hopefully you know

7:47

those chicks will be able to fledge and we’ll be able to say that we actually fled some chicks from White Horse Beach

7:53

this year okay thank you you’re welcome any questions or comments

7:59

thank you moving on to licenses

8:06

a little motion from the board or it’s a pleasure just licenses yes for right now second

8:18

motion by Mr Mahoney second by Mr Helm discussion

8:23

Mr bletzer yes Mr Helm yes Mr Canty yes Mr Mahoney and myself yes

8:32

moving on administrative notes I believe notes

8:39

two win three Mr Canty you’d like to yeah I’d like if we’re going to take these as a group as we often do I’d like

8:45

to separate notes two and three separately and take them individually at

8:50

a subsequent to the other group okay so the group

8:56

motion by Mr Canty second by Mr Mahoney to take administrative notes two and

9:02

three separately so this vote will be for one four five six seven eight nine

9:08

ten eleven and twelve

9:14

T yeah okay yep that was uh they were added on

9:24

okay so discussion

9:38

okay

9:44

discussion CNN Mr bletzer yes Mr Helm yes Mr Kenny

9:52

yes and Mr Mahoney yes in Miami South yes now back to Mr Canty an administrative

9:59

note too yes so uh administrative note two is

10:05

dealing with Long Beach 4×4 parking sticker eligibility policy uh Note 3

10:10

will deal with the resident Beach Parker sticker eligibility policy the uh issue

10:17

with both that I wanted to take individually is consistent through both but we’ll deal with them individually so

10:23

in terms of Note 2 if you turn to the third page

10:30

um under Section 3.6.1

10:38

it came to us separately fine print yeah and I’ve read them I’ve

10:46

read them but um the Assumption I should I guess I should have told them my printer doesn’t work

10:52

I’ll I can read the relevant portion that I’m making an issue of or bringing

10:57

to these boards attention to address um so this is dealing with replacement stickers that section of the policy it

11:05

currently reads the relevant section that I’m seeking to adjust currently reads replacement stickers are available

11:11

for a fee in the case of an accident sale or window replacement

11:17

and then goes on to list other criteria I would suggest that accident should be

11:23

changed to a total loss of the vehicle later in the dock in the same section

11:29

total loss of vehicle is referenced but above it’s just an accident is obviously

11:35

broad that could involve a paid transfer a Defender Bender or what’s in intended

11:41

I think was actually a total loss of the vehicle but rather than just having that be the intention leaving that vagree for

11:47

someone to potentially less a less honest would be 4 4×4 we

11:54

could just make it a total loss of the vehicle and make it cleaner from the jump so that would be I would be seeking

12:00

to make a motion that we approve the policy but amend that language from an accident

12:07

to a total loss of the vehicle

12:16

and I am available for questions or a second how do you feel about a change in

12:21

registration where somebody um trades a car in has the same license

12:28

plate number and but has a new vehicle

12:34

a replacement sticker bill of sale is covered under the policy

12:40

is that ability is that a bill of sale if you’re trading and getting a new car yeah do you have a bill of sale that you

12:47

sold your other car or you know that you traded it in

12:53

we’re not sure if that’s technically a bill of sale we’re open to take a documentation that lays it out for us

13:00

appropriately okay because I don’t know if technically that transaction is a bill of sale

13:06

it’s a change of registration that is handled by the dealership

13:11

and that is an exam that’s a definite example that has happened several several times recently

13:18

so I mean as long as we have proof of the transaction proof of transaction yes

13:24

we’ll be okay with that yeah it says that under you must bring in a valid and you’re showing the

13:30

transaction and it clarifies with the bill of sale yeah those are examples those are examples but they’re not it’s

13:35

not an exhaustive list okay or just exemplars

13:41

and just to expand on uh this Mr Canty um a couple months ago a couple people

13:46

came in asking about this they trade in their cars over the last year or so didn’t have a beach sticker the policy

13:53

as it read was you had to have a piece of the uh the sticker for it um obviously if you sell your car and it

13:59

goes to New Hampshire who knows where it’s getting shipped to uh it’s gone you can’t trace that back so this policy we

14:04

think brings in a lot of common sense approach to it and again um people will be truthful and with us

14:09

we hope so let’s move forward with

14:16

so I ask you a question absolutely So you you’re unfair of this change yes

14:23

okay yes I just want to make clear on that okay I’m all set that’s it I have

14:29

another question a question um for the assistant Town manager um it mentions fee it doesn’t mention a

14:36

specific fee are you talking about the five dollar currently the five dollar fee of course that could change with

14:43

time correct that’s what you’re talking about correct not the fifty dollar buy a new exactly I actually had that note

14:48

there still be a fee for that placement costs good but that’s it not the full sticker cost all right cool thank you

14:54

yep just made my life easier for you it’s 55.

15:04

okay any other questions so did you make a motion Kevin I I made

15:11

a motion to approve the policy but amend that an accident to a total loss of the

15:17

vehicle okay I was awaiting a second In by Mr bletza discussion

15:25

Mr Blitzer yes Mr Helm yes Mr Canty yes Mr Mahoney yes and myself yes

15:35

uh so then with admin Note 3 it’s uh in this it is also on the third page it is

15:43

section 3.5.1 and it’s the exact same language

15:48

that I’m seeking to change in the exact same way replacement stickers are available for a fee in the case of an

15:55

accident sale or window replacement I would suggest an accident to be replaced

16:00

by a total loss of the vehicle for the same reasons

16:07

second discussion

16:14

Mr Helm uh yes was that a voter okay

16:27

all right all right discussion

16:32

Mr bletzer yes Mr Helm yes Mr Canty yes

16:37

Mr Mahoney yes and myself yes yeah

16:44

so yeah select board open discussion new

16:49

business uh I’d like to make a public knowledge I mean if I

16:55

could okay Mr Valetta we got a letter uh angelusa sent a letter uh that we all

17:01

got and I want to publicly acknowledge uh Mr dumb Williams and the

17:08

hedge Heron Pond’s Watershed Association for the generous donation to the

17:14

Plymouth of the Town recreation department for their half day program located at Hedges Pond Plymouth Mass and

17:23

I just want to thank that group for their support of our town and our Recreation Department thank you

17:30

anyone else have anything on the new business lettuce

17:40

old business hmm

17:46

do you have a town manager’s report there because yeah I do have a few things I can just bring the board’s

17:52

attention if you don’t mind so first thing uh you all should receive notice but if the folks in the community

17:57

haven’t heard the Neo Trinidad uh ship is now tied up at the Town Wharf so this

18:05

is the Spanish tall ship it will be it came here today so July 11th to July

18:10

23rd they will be holding tours from 10 a.m to 8pm so if you haven’t a chance to go down and take a look at the ship it’s

18:17

tied up to the southern part of the wharf not impeding any of our

18:24

our winches so we have no problems with our Lobster and fishermen with this ship

18:29

as far as Stevens Field Mr Gould informed me this morning that the bid opening will be July 27th for Stevens

18:37

Field so that bid is out uh hopefully we’ll get good bids and we can set that project towards the end of the summer

18:44

uh Chief Flynn and chief Foley both reported today that uh the Deep the

18:49

dispatch 911 transition is going extremely well so some of you had

18:55

attended the ribbon cutting ceremony that was held on June 30th over at the sheriff’s department and just a recap of

19:01

folks in the community the sheriff’s department now has handles the town’s 911 dispatch Center and it has cut out

19:08

response times uh substantially down and again they had the both Chiefs had

19:14

initially anticipated having a transition period up to 60 days giving how well it’s going they’re thinking

19:20

that that transition period will be no more than 30 days again they’re very happy how things have gone

19:28

um the fourth Derek that would be a test day for him yes it went in fact they

19:34

said that on June 30th was probably the biggest test they had a number of emergency medical calls in the first

19:41

couple hours in fact one of them was a Life Flight that they had to call in I think it was over on clock road so

19:46

they’ve been tested and I think we had a structure file later on that afternoon so again they’ve been tested and they’ve

19:51

responded so again it’s going extremely well our I.T Department under John Young’s leadership has been supporting

19:57

it in providing I.T support as well so they couldn’t ask for more so this is a

20:03

great decision and really thank the board for the support with using oppadovs to make this happen without

20:09

those dolls this would not have been able to happen so we appreciate that support as well and you know just to go

20:15

back a little in time it was actually saw during covert time that you know the

20:21

response times were those people were really struggling working three shifts one after another and it was getting to

20:28

be a concern of getting some more employees and you know so I’m glad for

20:33

the sake of the town and everybody involved and everybody’s hard work including yourself putting it together

20:39

with the chief job well done I was there for the ribbon cutting Mr Canty and are you there

20:47

Charlie well you missed one so anyway I can’t remember uh but it was a was a

20:54

nice day and that’s what I was saying everybody you know but you know I was concerned with the Fourth of July coming

21:00

but I saw a fire Personnel working with one side of the center and police

21:05

dispatches working with the with the other and uh I’m glad that it’s working for the

21:12

better of everybody and that and that’s actually a great point you hear stories of Chief Flynn he talked about during

21:17

the pandemic years I mean they dispatched us they only had six of them working around the clock running 24 hour

21:23

shifts so this this made a lot of sense for a lot of reasons and I the report

21:28

that came in this morning that a lot of the dispatches they’ve been able to recruit coming from other

21:35

dispatch semis in the region so they’re already been able to recruit and now

21:41

retain some highly qualified dispatches so this isn’t just a bunch of new dispatchers walking in and these are

21:47

very qualified people because of the type of Center uh in the I think the um the package that was offered to the

21:54

dispatchers so again um we couldn’t we couldn’t have asked for more so this is a great decision

22:02

and and I’d just like to give credit to the uh to the leadership uh you know Tom

22:07

manager assistant time manager uh in our Chiefs working together on this

22:12

uh you know as the board we voted we listened to everybody and uh I know I believe that this was not only

22:20

a win for the town in the residents of the town but it was a win for the uh the

22:25

employees too it was going to be a better situation uh more chances for promotions and money so it worked out

22:34

both sides I think one on this but it’s a credit to the Chiefs but also as Derek

22:39

said the dispatches that and Howell had their work and how dedicated they add to the town of plums so uh I’d like to

22:47

thank them publicly thank you thank you appreciate them

22:55

um so moving on uh speaking staying in the public safety Arena we had four offices graduated uh this past Friday at

23:03

Memorial Hall and uh so those four new police officers are now in the field

23:09

training uh component being police officers so they’ll be in the field training for a couple months and then

23:15

after that they’ll be given their own routes here in town that

23:20

still leaves a vacancy of still eight more vacancies on the police side so we’ve called for a civil service list

23:26

we’re hoping to fill some of those vacancies with the current list but again this is um they feel like the

23:33

chief has been chasing filling up police vacancies for some time now it’s better than it was a year ago March of 22 I

23:39

remember that you’re telling me we had 22 vacancies in the police side so again doing the best that we can to fill all

23:45

the vacancies here in town speaking of the Fourth of July festivities so

23:51

things went well on the fourth overall White Horse Beach as you know the public

23:57

safety departments have a major presence down in the White House Beach area things are relatively quiet we had less

24:04

than 10 arrests at White Horse Beach on that night so we thought that went well

24:09

as well as far as DP the DPW the last time the

24:14

DPW is here they talked about the pavement Management program and so we we promised that we would continue to

24:20

remind the community as we move forward the pavement Management program so starting on the week of July 17th we

24:27

will be um laying the rabbi chip seal on a couple different roads so I’ll just cite

24:33

those quickly Long Pond Road from halfway Pond to Hedges Pond Road will be Robert chipsfield lundsway Sweeney Lane

24:40

Gabriel Lane Nathan Lane Kim Circle Joyce Drive Lynn Circle Arthur Circle

24:45

Welton Drive Thompson Circle Jennifer Circle and moraski Lane again Robert

24:51

ship sale and then going back to Long Pond roll from Pisces Lane to Herring Pond Road and kata’s Bridge Road will be

24:57

rabbit ship sail and then Cava Road from Summer Street to Somerset Street and then lastly Jean sorry Jan Marie Drive

25:05

Jacqueline Lane and J Street will also be rubber chip sale so this rubber chip

25:10

sale it’s a most cost effective way to really extend the life as you know of our roads but it does come with some

25:16

complaints especially the first 24 hours it’s very tacky and you know we get complaints from dog owners that this

25:23

this rubber tire I’ll call it is sticking to the to the pot so we’ll try

25:28

to put as much information as we can out there as we rebuild those roads so folks are aware of the type of material that

25:35

we’re using um and then since we’re talking DPW the

25:41

with the uh chairs permission we’d like to have the DPW director come in on July 25th and provide an update there’s a lot

25:48

of DPW projects not on Water Street that have taken place so for example the management

25:53

um water main project is going to start the end of July and then we have the the

26:02

the brook World Bridge Project I love is going to start as well so we thought it’d be best for the DPW to come in here

26:08

give a brief overview of all the different projects just to again inform the community as to what’s going on

26:14

and then last I just want to mention that you know we have a number of these electric vehicle charging stations

26:21

around the downtown area and up until now up until July 1st they’ve been free

26:26

for anyone who owned the electric vehicle effective this month within a site charging for the

26:33

um the cost of the of the electricity will be charged to the user with an

26:39

additional two dollar administration fee and that two dollar admin fee will be put into a special account that we use

26:45

for future infrastructure upgrades so again folks have enjoyed free charging

26:51

for years now we are getting a lot of use out of those charging stations I think one because people understand

26:57

where they are but two we’re starting to see more electric vehicles on the road so the demand is higher so

27:04

um we will be we have started charging effective this past month I have to ask the question don’t we have

27:12

some of those at the schools in the parking areas are they going to follow suit with us we do it’s it’s actually we

27:19

manage those so so we’ll base charge anything that we own we’ll be charging for and again we’ve gotten a couple some

27:24

feedback we’ve gotten hasn’t been pleasant but at the same time when you replace one of those just the nozzle head is about seven or eight grand so

27:31

there was grant funding that used to be available that’s drying up uh so that’s why we’re implementing the two dollar per charge and again people when you buy

27:38

these people are expecting to pay for their electric anyway so it’s a battle we’re just gonna go over the storm right

27:44

now okay yeah I know they’re expensive I sat on the pgdc for years so this is Charlie

27:51

and we lost the one up here and yeah it’s expensive to maintain those

27:58

and if I can add on that I don’t think it’s about uh affordability I think it’s

28:04

about accessibility so I think the more charging stations we can afford to have

28:09

here we should have and I don’t think the folks mind paying for those uh for those stations at all they just won’t

28:15

have access to it so so it’s uh they’ve worked out well it’s been a huge success

28:21

so hopefully we can get some income we can get some more of those stations uh in town we do and if you guys remember

28:28

you approved the funding source I think about 14 or 15 grand that’s going to add I think five or six more up top and

28:34

we’re going to continue to expand and then also too one thing that get free back in there too

28:40

I got to verify that that was one thing that complaint that we got that they’re still paying for uh Park Plymouth up

28:46

here and then also on Brewster Street so I got to verify that but um we should work with Park Plymouth on that to see if there’s a compromise we can we can

28:52

come up with because we may be able to cover that in what we charge like I said I don’t think it’s about the affordability but I think it’s they just

28:59

want to be have access to those stations and speaking of Access One thing we implemented as well is after you’re

29:05

fully charged we give you a half hour to come pick up your vehicle and if you don’t there’s an overstay charge so you

29:11

start on the rolls you get a notice notification on your phone says your vehicle is 100 charged you have a half

29:17

hour to come pick it up after that if you don’t it starts a clock and it’s ten dollars per hour so we want to get

29:22

people moving for excessive accessibility purposes better than the 30 dollar ticket I guess but anyway but

29:29

hopefully it all works out so we need those stations

29:34

anything else there uh pending any questions that’s all I have for tonight Mr Money

29:42

Derek you mentioned the the new tall ship that’s coming to visit the harbor I don’t know if this has already been

29:48

said but can you provide the board the time and date of arrival of the first visit for the the American Cruise

29:55

Line ship so that we know when that’s going down because that’s something I really

30:00

want to be down on the Walk for second we said DPW is coming for an

30:05

update 14 days from now if and when the finance director were to come in

30:12

front of this board in the future for an update obviously one of the things that I would ask her is after the

30:18

presentation from a couple of weeks ago from Sheila and James

30:23

telling us that we had eight million dollars I believe this year to invest in roads and then also there’s a

30:29

significant question mark for subsequent fiscal years that would certainly be a question that I’m going to have of

30:35

Lynn if there’s a plan for moving forward Beyond this year and then the

30:41

third thing and I I know that this is everybody’s favorite philosophical uh question you know what came first the

30:47

the general fund of the year mark but um just out of curiosity because we’ve talked about this numerous times

30:54

now the two dollar administration fee is being put into a special fund for future

31:00

infrastructure investment how did that happen who made that decision not that I’m not that I’m okay they

31:07

disagree with it but I’m just how how did that originate I’ll answer that question so you’re talking to the infrastructure for the EV Vehicles we

31:12

just talked about yes yes so that’s going to be a request coming to the board for revolving count to be set up at fall town meeting so it’s coming your

31:20

way okay thank you uh and so I’ll answer the other two

31:26

questions so right now we are scheduled with tracking American Cruise Lines to

31:32

arrive on August 19th uh in August 26th so the second arrival their last arrival

31:39

will be September 2nd so those three Saturdays in a row we are told that the

31:45

it’ll come into the harbor on 5 PM I I would imagine that the first arrival

31:51

there’ll be some more publicity around it but more to come on that and I just a

31:58

follow-up question I know Mr Gould is out there and he’s not the Harbor Master but certainly I would like also um

32:04

you know the lowest tide out of those three dates because I think that’s going to be a significant variable is that the

32:11

one visit with the lowest tide how does that size vehicle you know maneuver its way in through those sure various

32:18

obstacles yep so a question and so the last uh question you had was about town

32:26

finances so just to remind the board we are scheduled to meet on July 25th we’ll

32:33

come back on August 8th and then again on August 22nd

32:38

now um one of the dates

32:44

we talked about holding a municipal Finance Workshop not a one meeting but a

32:49

workshop where Miss Barrett is preparing a presentation to go over

32:57

revenues and projected expenditures for the board for consideration so we could

33:05

hold and off count the meeting so when I’m proposing is potentially August 15th

33:10

so that we don’t interfere with board business on the 22nd but potentially August 15th to have the Finance Workshop

33:19

if the board is amenable to that okay scheduled

33:26

Mr Canty the fall time meeting Warren closes on

33:32

August 11th right yes sir so we might need to

33:38

add meetings before that date to approve any of our articles

33:45

that we want to put on there so the warrant will close but we don’t I

33:50

have to check the warrant doesn’t have to be executed until not not to execute not to sign it but to any initiatives

33:57

that we’re going to put forward we need to meet our own deadline we hold other people to that deadline oh oh oh oh oh

34:02

yeah yeah yeah yeah okay I got you right yeah right so uh so the ward opens on the 25th so next

34:10

meeting um and then

34:15

August 2nd would be the follow Tuesday which We’re not scheduled to meet and then August 8th so I would say that no

34:23

later than August 8th maybe we should have an agenda item for board members to

34:28

discuss articles that the board would like to add to the warrant I think that’s what I’m hearing you say

34:34

thank you so again I’ll defer to the chair if you’d like to have this as a standing

34:40

agenda item for the 25th and the eighth at minimum that’ll provide ample

34:46

opportunity I think for board members to present any articles that they wish that’s fine

34:56

anything else no I just want uh to reach out to the July 4th committee and thank

35:04

all the volunteers that worked very hard and um we do a lot of us throughout the parade

35:10

just different sections and it was a nice parade and I made it all the way to

35:16

the end and then it rained but um at least it was nice for the first

35:24

99.9 of it and I know things didn’t go good that night I guess but

35:29

nobody can control Mother Nature but hats off to them a lot of hard work

35:35

and may the weather be good next year thank you for that everybody on the

35:42

committee and thank our Public Safety we’re all on the job it’s mandatory

35:48

and our DPW departments that are out putting out the barrels and the all the

35:54

little things that nobody realizes unless you’ve done it so thank you to all yous for taking time for your

35:59

families so everybody else can have a good time okay Mr Plata I just want to add one

36:08

more thing in fact I sent a video to a town manager the president of the White House speech Association down by the

36:14

Full Sail the beach area down there uh was very complementary of the DPW in the

36:21

work they did after the third of July and cleaning that beach up he sent me a video of the beach

36:27

and he was very thankful and wanted me to tell the DPW all the workers the

36:33

director uh thank you for all your hard work obviously if the environmental

36:39

people were involved David thank you they really appreciate it down there and

36:44

also it’s a credit to those residents too because they they police that area they’re very good about police in that

36:51

area so but he wanted me to make sure I I publicly thanked everybody thanks

36:59

motion origin thank you for watching we’ll see you

37:05

next week in two weeks actually thank you have a good night
